Rockies | Troy Tulowitzki out of WBC

Updating previous items, Colorado Rockies SS Troy Tulowitzki has elected not to take part in the World Baseball Classic. The news was expected, as Tulowitzki wasn't listed on the team's provisional roster that was announced in January. Tulowitzki's 2012 season ended early because of groin surgery, and he told The Denver Post that an insurance issue will prevent him from taking part in the WBC.
