Pittsburgh Pirates SP Charlie Morton (elbow) is expected to be ready to return after Tommy John surgery in the second half of the season.

Fantasy Tip: When Morton returns, he is expected to compete for a rotation spot. However, he should not be on anyone's radar on Draft Day, regardless of format.
