Panthers | Will receive money for upgrade stadium

Charlotte mayor Anthony Foxx said the city council has tentatively agreed to give the Carolina Panthers $143.75 million to help with upgrades to Bank of America Stadium. The money will be paid out over 15 years and would require the team to stay in Charlotte for that period of time.
