Ravens | Will have some cap issues to deal with

The Baltimore Ravens are currently projected to be about $5 million over the salary cap in 2013, but that's before either slapping impending free-agent QB Joe Flacco with the $14.6 million franchise tag or signing him to a long-term deal. Once Flacco is retained, the Ravens will be closer to $20 million over the salary cap.
