Bob Kent reports for PhiladelphiaEagles.com the Philadelphia Eagles have signed QB Randall Cunningham. He has signed with the team so he can retire an Eagle. "Randall was a big part of Eagles history, at least in the modern era of Eagles football," said head coach and executive VP of football operations Andy Reid. Cunningham will be honored before the pre-season game next Saturday against the Baltimore Ravens.
