Philadelphia Eagles WR DeSean Jackson said he fully expects QB Michael Vick to return in 2013, with the team hiring head coach Chip Kelly. "For sure I can see it. Now that Chip Kelly is our offensive coordinator, I mean our head coach, Michael Vick I think it's a no-brainer to keep him here," Jackson said. "It fits his playing style and what he's done perfect."
