49ers | Dashon Goldson expects to return

San Francisco 49ers impending free-agent SS Dashon Goldson said he expects to re-sign with the team in the offseason. "We haven't spoken anything about a contract, but I don't see why I wouldn't be around," Goldson said. The 49ers could place the franchise tag on Goldson for $7.45 million next season if they don't agree to a multiyear deal.
