San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh said QB Alex Smith's feelings "absolutely" will be part of the equation of how the team handles his situation in the offseason. Smith has let it be known of his desire to start for a team next season. "I'm sure that will play out, but he is a starting quarterback," Harbaugh said. "He's got a desire to be a starting quarterback, and I'm sure that will play out."
