Pirates | Kyle Waldrop signs

The Pittsburgh Pirates signed free-agent RP Kyle Waldrop (Twins) to a minor league deal with an invitation to spring training Tuesday, Jan. 29. Waldrop went 0-1 with a 2.53 ERA in 17 outings with the Minnesota Twins last year.
