Mariners | Brendan Ryan fully recovered

Seattle Mariners SS Brendan Ryan (elbow) is fully recovered from offseason arthroscopic surgery to remove bone spurs from his elbow, and he is throwing up to 120 feet and hitting and "doing all the things he was unable to do last year prior to spring training," according to team trainer Rick Griffin.
