Braves | Justin Upton trade agreed upon
The Atlanta Braves have agreed to acquire Arizona Diamondbacks OF Justin Upton. The deal is pending a physical.
Fantasy Tip: Upton's value takes a hit with this move. He has extreme home/road splits in his career. He has hit .307-67-219 in 364 home games in his career and .250-41-144 in 367 road games. One good sign, though, is that he has hit .293-1-8 in 58 at-bats at Turner Field in his career. He's still supremely talented, and just 25 years old. It's not inconceivable that he blossoms into the fantasy stud he has shown flashes of.
