Cubs | Agree with Scott Hairston

The Chicago Cubs signed free-agent OF Scott Hairston (Mets) to a two-year contract Wednesday, Jan. 23. The deal is worth up to $6 million, according to a source with knowledge of the negotiations.

Fantasy Tip: Hairston is expected to serve as a platoon corner outfielder, likely sharing at-bats with OF Nate Schierholtz in right field and David DeJesus in center field. He is a nice addition in all NL-only leagues and some deeper mixed formats.
