49ers | Seven considered full participants

The San Francisco 49ers did not practice Wednesday, Jan. 23, but they were required to release an estimated injury report for Super Bowl XLVI. LB NaVorro Bowman (shoulder), RB Frank Gore (ankle, shoulder), LB Clark Haggans (shoulder), OG Mike Iupati (shoulder), RB LaMichael James (back), DT Justin Smith (elbow, triceps) and LB Patrick Willis (shoulder) would have been full participants if the team had practiced.
