Jacksonville Jaguars general manager David Caldwell said he "probably would have" reached out to San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator Greg Roman for the team's head coaching position had the 49ers lost to the Green Bay Packers in the playoffs. Instead, the team hired Gus Bradley as head coach.
