Rangers | Neftali Feliz throws

Texas Rangers RP Neftali Feliz (elbow) threw a baseball for the first time Friday, Jan. 18, since undergoing Tommy John surgery Aug. 1. He only threw soft toss, and if he doesn't suffer any setbacks, he could return in July or August. "It felt good," Feliz said, adding through an interpreter, "I feel strong. I feel good. I've been doing what the team tells me to do. I have been lifting weights to get ready and I'm stronger."
