Patriots | Rob Gronkowski needs another surgery
Updating a previous report, New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (forearm) needs another surgery after re-injuring his left forearm in the Divisional Round playoff game against the Houston Texans Sunday, Jan. 13. Gronkowski was attempting to make a catch along the sidelines and fell hard on the casted arm. He had X-rays during the game which revealed a break.
Fantasy Tip: The bad news is that Gronkowski will be out for the remainder of the playoffs. The good news for fantasy owners, especially in keeper leagues, is that he should be ready to go for next season without any problem. He'll need a handful of weeks to recover, and he has the entire offseason to do so.
