Phillies | Chase Utley should be 100 percent

Philadelphia Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. said 2B Chase Utley (knees) should be 100 percent when spring training begins. Utley has been field groundballs several times a week. Trainer Scott Sheridan will evaluate Utley's progress in person next week.
