Washington Nationals general manager Mike Rizzo visited Puerto Rico Wednesday, January 9, to watch free-agent SP Javier Vazquez (Marlins) pitch. According to former Major leaguer Alex Cora, who is general manager of Vazquez's Puerto Rican team, Vazquez hit 95mph on his 83rd pitch of the night.
