Astros | Jonathan Singleton suspended
Houston Astros 1B Jonathan Singleton was suspended 50 games Wednesday, Jan. 9, for violating minor league baseball's drug policy. Singleton will start serving the suspension for the first 50 games of the 2013 season. Singleton indicated that he tested positive for marijuana. He is expected to begin the year with Triple-A Oklahoma City.
