Redskins | Robert Griffin may have partial ACL, LCL tears
An MRI suggests Washington Redskins QB Robert Griffin III (knee) has partial tears in his anterior cruciate ligament and lateral collateral ligament. Griffin is meeting with Dr. James Andrews to determine of those are new injuries or old injuries. Griffin may have to undergo exploratory surgery to determine the extent of the injuries and if they are new tears.
