Toronto Blue Jays RP Darren Oliver wants to return for another season, but he isn't willing to return to the Toronto Blue Jays unless they increase his salary from $3 million, according to major league sources. Oliver would rather retire than be away from his family for a salary below market value. Toronto wants Oliver to return, but they are over budget and unwilling to extend their payroll.
