The Buffalo Bills have executives in Arizona hoping to meet with University of Oregon head coach Chip Kelly after his team's Fiesta Bowl game Thursday, Jan. 3. Team president Russ Brandon, departing general manager Buddy Nix and GM-in-waiting Doug Whaley are hopeful of meeting with the candidate.
