Tigers | Torii Hunter suggests having gay teammate would be difficult for him

In a recent Los Angeles Times report about gay athletes in professional sports, Detroit Tigers OF Torii Hunter was quoted as saying he would be uncomfortable with a gay teammate. "For me, as a Christian … I will be uncomfortable because in all my teachings and all my learning, biblically, it's not right," Hunter is quoted as saying. "It will be difficult and uncomfortable."
