Titans | Akeem Ayers sees time at MLB

Tennessee Titans LB Akeem Ayers used use in the middle during nickel-package situations in Week 17 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He had very little experience at MLB, but finished with eight tackles, one sack and two quarterback hits with a forced fumble. "I never practiced it last year or much this year," Ayers said. "We had some guys down, and Coach said this week, 'We need you to play middle linebacker.' I really had to study the playbook."
