The Philadelphia Eagles appear to be an ideal situation for Oregon head coach Chip Kelly, considering the structure the organization has in place. Kelly likely will want personnel control wherever he goes, and the Eagles are a team that give current head coach Andy Reid control over those matters. Kelly potentially could slide into the same type of role Reid currently has.
