Vikings | Adrian Peterson expected to be at full strength
Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson (abdomen) is expected to be at full strength for the team's Week 17 game against the Green Bay Packers after missing two practices this week with a strained abdominal muscle. Head coach Leslie Frazier said Peterson "moved well" in his return to practice Friday, Dec. 28. Peterson needs 102 rushing yards to reach 2,000 on the year, and 208 total yards to break the single-season rushing record set by Eric Dickerson in 1984. "I don't think we'll have to go into thinking about having to limit his carries, it'll be full-speed ahead," Frazier said. "That's what he wants, that's what our doctors are telling me. He's ready to go."
