Patriots | Wes Welker in line to be franchised again?

The New England Patriots could be ready to place the franchise tag on WR Wes Welker again next season for $11.4 million. However, if that happens, Welker and QB Tom Brady's $22 million salary would make up roughly 27 percent of the team's cap space for 2013.
