Titans | OC never considered benching Jake Locker

Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains said Sunday, Dec. 23, that he never considered benching QB Jake Locker in the Week 16 loss against the Green Bay Packers despite his tremendous struggles. "Jake needs to grow through these things," Loggains said. "The situation against Houston, it's the same thing. It's part of being a young quarterback. How you respond is how your teammates are going to look at you." Locker completed just 13 of his 30 pass attempts for 140 yards, and he was sacked seven times to drop to 3-7 as a starter.
