Bears | Kahlil Bell could be short-yardage back

Chicago Bears offensive coordinator Mike Tice said the team could use RB Kahlil Bell in short-yardage and goal-line situations in Week 16 in place of RB Matt Forte. RB Michael Bush (ribs) is out for the season.
