Blue Jays | Two sign

The Toronto Blue Jays signed free-agent RP Ramon Ortiz (Yankees) and OF Ryan Langerhans (Angels) to minor league deals with invites to spring training Tuesday, Dec. 18. Both players are expected to start the year with Triple-A Buffalo.
