San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh said more will be known on the MRI of DT Justin Smith (elbow) in the coming days. "It's really going to be how he is today, tomorrow and Wednesday before we know anything," Harbaugh said. Harbaugh indicated that he didn't think Smith's injury was a long-term thing.
