Nationals | Neivy Pilier signs

The Washington Nationals signed 16-year-old Dominican 3B Neivy Pilier to a $225,000 signing bonus Thursday, Dec. 13, according to a team official. His signing bonus is the largest the team has given to a Latin American teenager since they gave $1.4 million to Esmailyn Gonzalez in 2006.
