New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan said he is not yet ready to rule TE Dustin Keller (ankle) out for Week 14, even though he is not practicing Thursday, Dec. 6. "I know he is getting better, so we'll see how it goes," Ryan said. "Not willing to rule him out certainly but this is the second day that he's missed. But I know he's getting substantially better."
