Dodgers | Ted Lilly, Chad Billingsley expected to be ready

Los Angeles Dodgers SPs Ted Lilly (shoulder) and Chad Billingsley (elbow) are both expected to be ready by spring training next year, according to a team official. The Dodgers could try to trade SPs Chris Capuano or Aaron Harang in order to fill other holes in their roster. Billingsley is throwing without pain and hitting 94 mph in his rehab, and he's currently on a regular throwing program. Lilly is also on a normal throwing routine in the offseason.
