Red Sox | Looking at R.A. Dickey

The Boston Red Sox and seven other teams are looking into trade talks for New York Mets SP R.A. Dickey. The Mets would want Red Sox OF Jackie Bradley and SS Xander Bogaerts in exchange for Dickey, but Boston is unlikely to accept that package, according to a baseball source. New York met with eight teams interested in Dickey at the winter meetings Monday, Dec. 3. General manager Sandy Alderson said the incoming players for Dickey wouldn't have to be an outfielder or catcher.
