Red Sox | Talking to Adam LaRoche

The Boston Red Sox are now talking with free-agent 1B Adam LaRoche (Nationals) as an alternative to free-agent C/1B Mike Napoli (Rangers). Boston has reportedly offered Napoli a three-year deal but are hesitant to go a fourth year. LaRoche is expected to want a three-year deal, but the Washington Nationals are only offering two years to re-sign him.
