Angels | Ryan Madson ahead of schedule

Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim RP Ryan Madson (elbow) said he is well ahead of schedule in his rehab from Tommy John surgery. General manager Jerry Dipoto said it is likely that Madson will supplant RP Ernesto Frieri as the team's closer when he's fully healthy.
