Jaguars | Two new players may contribute Week 13

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey said WR Quan Cosby could be used as a kick and punt returner in the team's Week 13 game. Mularkey also said RB Jordan Todman could be used as kick returner.
