The Colorado Rockies are not actively shopping OF Dexter Fowler, but the team is willing to listen if the Atlanta Braves, Philadelphia Phillies or Tampa Bay Rays call. The Rockies' search for a dependable starting pitcher could push them to part ways with Fowler. The Braves see Fowler as a backup plan if they can't sign free-agent OF B.J. Upton (Rays).
