Astros | Add seven to roster

The Houston Astros added Ps Jose Cisnero, Jarred Cosart, Chia-Jen Lo, Ross Seaton and Brett Oberholtzer, OF Robbie Grossman and INF Jonathan Villar to their 40-man roster Tuesday, Nov. 20, to protect them from the Rule 5 Draft. Also, INF Scott Moore was outrighted to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
