Cardinals | Make additions to roster

The St. Louis Cardinals added Ps Michael Blazek, Keith Butler, Eric Fornataro and Kevin Siegrist to their 40-man roster Tuesday, Nov. 20, in order to protect them from the Rule 5 Draft.
