The Detroit Tigers released 2B Ryan Raburn Tuesday, Nov. 20. In corresponding moves, the team purchased the contracts of Ps Melvin Mercedes and Bruce Rondon and SS Dixon Machado. They also outrighted P Tyler Stohr to Triple-A Toledo.
