Redskins | Brandon Meriweather headed for surgery

Washington Redskins FS Brandon Meriweather (knee) will need ligament reconstruction surgery on his right knee, according to head coach Mike Shanahan. Meriweather is expected to need at least six months of recovery time. His surgery will be sometime in the next two weeks.
