Browns | Decision on GM, coach expected quickly

Cleveland Browns chief executive officer Joe Banner said the team likely will make decisions on general manager Tom Heckert and head coach Pat Shurmur shortly after the end of the season. Banner said he has people in mind if the team decides to make changes but does not have any lists.
