Bears | Jay Cutler not expected to practice

Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler (concussion) is not expected to practice Thursday, Nov. 15. His usual press conference will also not take place - strong indications that Cutler hasn't been cleared by team doctors to return to the practice field, the first key step in hopes of him starting in Week 11.
