Ravens | Jimmy Smith does not start

Baltimore Ravens CB Jimmy Smith (groin) has been bothered by a groin injury for weeks, and he did not make the start in Week 10 against the Oakland Raiders. Smith was active, but CB Corey Graham started in his absence opposite CB Cary Williams.
