Indianapolis Colts interim head coach Bruce Arians said Tuesday, Nov. 6, that RB Delone Carter needs to continue to work hard if he wants more responsibilities. "He just needs to continue to work on the little things, his attention to detail as an all-around player," Arians said. "He can run the football. You just can't be a one-trick pony."
