Boston Red Sox manager John Farrell is "all in" on naming Baltimore Orioles director of pitching development Rick Peterson as the team's new pitching coach, and the team is expected to name their candidate Tuesday, Nov. 6. Peterson met with the team Saturday, Nov. 3, and the interview went "very well."
