Colts | Andrew Luck breaks single-game rookie record
Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck completed 30 of his 48 passes for 433 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Week 9 win against the Miami Dolphins. With the 433 yards, Luck broke the single-game rookie NFL record for passing yardage in a game. The previous mark was set by Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton, who had 422 yards in a game last season.
Fantasy Tip: It was Luck's fourth 300-yard passing game of the season, which ties him for the NFL rookie record with former Colts QB Peyton Manning. Fantasy owners can depend on him as a No. 1 option in a short week against the Jacksonville Jaguars Thursday, Nov. 8, in Week 10. The Jaguars rank 25th in the NFL against the pass, allowing 255.5 yards per game through the air.
