Cowboys | Kevin Kowalski will be activated

The Dallas Cowboys will activate C Kevin Kowalski (ankle) from the Physically Unable to Perform list Tuesday, Nov. 6. The team will have three weeks to decide whether to add him to their active roster or shut him down for the season.
